I have worked at InterWell Health for the last 2 years. It's been the best working experience that I've had and everything I had hoped to find in a company, I found here. They truly care about their employees and this is evident in their benefits, pay, flexibility, transparency, culture, workload, career advancement opportunities, and more! Everyone I've worked with at InterWell Health has been nothing but helpful and supportive. I feel lucky and grateful everyday that I get to work here.

remote work decent work-life balance, as long as you can get to sleep at night good salary within small teams, a good working relationship

terrible working relationships across teams competent and confident forward thinkers laid off jobsworths on legacy systems retained due to their relationships or maybe fear that legacy systems will fail if they go Many many attempts at resolving the technology problems hamstrung by unrealistic timelines and politically motivated sabotage A growing staff of middle management who are primarily interested in their own advancement and taking credit for the work of talented individual contributors to get there Very little chance for advancement as an IC and you will struggle against your own team’s leadership
