The CEO is a pathological liar and senior management for the most part are paranoid and afraid to let anyone into their club. Work is scarce sometimes, paychecks have been postponed for a few weeks waiting for a check to clear the bank. Ethically speaking, Interapt has none. They claim to take impoverished individuals and give them a new life with learning to code, really they are looking for brownie points and extremely cheap labor. Once the promises are about to come due, they let these poor folks go.
