5yWe sincerely appreciate your feedback. We have had to make some really tough calls to align ourselves with 2021 projections - unfortunately this included reducing the size of our workforce. You were impacted by this difficult decision and for that we are sorry.

We understand a desktop can be a bit "less mobile" than a laptop and could be frustrating!
