No real training Layoff without any prior issues Leaders can’t answer questions due to high turn over your supervisor may have just been in training the month before.

-I was immensely impressed at how well we were treated by the company. -The CEO is very hands on, and this shows in the other levels in management -excellent benefits -LGBT inclusive

Cons

-Grew a little too fast and was forced to do some abrupt layoffs -had a hard time adjusting to the sheer number of employees they had to hire to deal with the pandemic response
