They offer retirement plans and health insurance

Cons

Upper management SUCKS! They don’t care about their employees. All they care about is making money and meeting monthly quotas. Not only do they not care about their employees they don’t care about the patients. They see them as $. They have unrealistic expectations when it comes to how many patients you see a day. Once again all about $ and not about providing service.

Flexible work hours. Clinical supervision

Cons

Management is poor and does not communicate well with the staff. Management worries more about meeting a quota over their staff. Staff is reprimanded for not reaching the client quota. Management tends to withhold information during the interview process and then add more to your workload. Beware of this practicing standard. Management expects therapists to see 8 to 10 clients per day on top of your care coordination clients, which will go up to 60 care coordination clients altogether.
