      Job is very fulfilling. They are supportive and provide training. They pay well considering what other organizations pay . Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Not alot of room for advancement. Not alot of holidays off.

      Pros

      I have been working in the not-for-profit sector/human services sector for over 27 years at Interborough I found great employers. The executives are good listener and open to inputs and suggestions. Great benefits, matching 401K and as well as profit sharing. The salary pretty much market oriented. Interborough offers an Employees Assistance Service Program, a calm software for training and meditation. In recent years Management have made an effort to enhance their retention policy. Recently, Interborough created the Diversity and Equity committee to reviews hiring policy, diversity and languages issues that may arise.

      Cons

      Daily commute; my traveling time is very long.
