Poor communication between workers, higher ups. Sometimes one can feel isolated. You need a really thick skin, but bearable. Staff, directors, and analysis review are disconnected, You never get a true picture of your performance. Iconsistent reactions to errors, No uniform policy, you gotta figure it out as you go along,
