      Flexible work hours. Clinical supervision

      Cons

      Management is poor and does not communicate well with the staff. Management worries more about meeting a quota over their staff. Staff is reprimanded for not reaching the client quota. Management tends to withhold information during the interview process and then add more to your workload. Beware of this practicing standard. Management expects therapists to see 8 to 10 clients per day on top of your care coordination clients, which will go up to 60 care coordination clients altogether.

      Interborough offers some of the best benefits package in the nonprofit sector right now. • Competitive salary commensurable with experience • Medical Insurance • Up to 3% 401k Profit Sharing plan automatic contribution for eligible employees • 401k Additional 4% match of your contribution from your salary • Paid time off (PTO) and 13 to 14 paid Hebrew observance days.

      Cons

      The only con I see is the traveling time to and from. If you do not live in Brooklyn the commute could be hard.
