Pros

Everyone except upper management was nice to be around. The offices are new and there are multiple fridges and microwaves.

Cons

Incredibly unprofessional company. Upper management is a complete nightmare. Generally incompetent, disrespectful, no concept of any kind of standard operating procedures for my line of work either and prefer cheap, fast work over good, quality work in just about every way. You can tell them their instructions will create problems down the road and they will not listen to you until the problems actually happen. As I have been told, if you have problems with upper management and voice them they will just fire you. They fire the same day they decide to, they don't believe in giving advanced warning for firing even if it hurts the company to lose people immediately so keep that in mind. They do not care about your safety and do not follow procedures they should. In fact they do not value their employees in general and have no intention to invest in you. There is incredibly high turnover in this company which reflects all this as the reality. At least 60% of the people I interacted with at the company have either left, haven't been there long or are hired short term to begin with. If you have any other options I highly recommend you consider them before this company.

Disgruntled employee who was caught surfing the internet all day and napping on the job rather than doing his job. Oddly, was hired as an IT Technician but given responsibilities in another area when it turned out he was not happy with the IT Tech responsibilities (an indicator that his manager should have cut ties, but instead chose to make every effort to find the right seat on the bus for this person). Three strikes later in less than six months on the job and he had to be terminated -- despite repeatedly denying and making excuses. It happens, yet nobody wants to be held accountable and admit blame. This one went as far as to try to hide browser history proving what he was terminated for, but when the proof was shared, changed his tune, and begged to stay. This former staffer was an assistant working side-by-side interns performing similar tasks. Therefore, the turnover would be higher than expected with full-time employees -- maybe he didn't realize they were interns, but more likely just upset he lost a job and a terrific opportunity in a growing department working for a compassionate manager.

Diversity at the company is significantly higher than the national average. This includes full-time employees as well as interns. The rest of the claims are equally as baseless and do not justify a response.

Pros

The days fly by! Just when you get settled in you look up and it's lunchtime. You can eat at your desk and get paid or you can clock out and eat in the kitchen area or outside on one of the tables in the front.

Cons

The company is really growing. They need more offices. I had to share a large table that was initially designed for collaboration, but because they were out of offices and even desks, my workstation was on a table. Granted, I had two 24" monitors and my own VOIP phone, but it's a drawback. Good news: they're building new offices with another kitchen, two more conference rooms, a changing/mudroom, a whole lot of storage, several private offices, collaboration areas, and tons of restrooms...and desks for at least another 10 associates, so the company should be good to go for another couple years or so,.
