You get to work with some of the most talented people you will ever meet. Salary, bonuses and general benefits are great. The sales team itself is young and very ambitious which means everyone pushes each other to be better but everyone is very supportive if you need help. The one thing I definitely get though is that everyone from sales, product, marketing, engineering, design, management and everywhere else within the company are laser focused on scaling and scaling quick which is very exciting.

The Intercom team is an incredibly inspiring group of people to be a part of. Not only does everyone work hard, but they're so passionate about our product. Those who build it are constantly innovating, and those who sell it and support its customers do their best to ensure they're experts in the domain, as well as give feedback from the field to make it better. It's a very fun and tight-knit group of people as well!
