Pros
Pay was competitive and bonuses were included in monthly payouts depending on if KPIs were met. Daily lunches and snacks, free. Hybrid work. Outgoing team members and good growth opportunities.
Cons
Change of CEO was terrible. They brought back someone with sexual allegations against them and publicly transphobic/homophobic. Someone who does not want to support employees wants or needs. They all drink the koolaid there.
