Pros
- The new CEO change was a lot, but for the right people it's exciting as he is so focused on doing all the right things to make Intercom really great - We have cut a lot of the 'work work' and really focusing on what matters. This is hard for people that like all the nice benefits and tech fun, but it's a new world and I love it - Our values are new and updated and i'm digging them!
Cons
- Change is exciting, but it's hard always being in a face paced environment. If you want an easy 9-5, this is not the job for you
