Pros

Really fast-moving and energised environment with talented people. Transparent and honest leadership. Lot's of scope for impact in all roles across the company. Clear to see there is a strong culture for internal mobility and growth. All employees are encouraged to find difficult problems and go solve them.

Cons

The fast-paced environment might not be for some people.

Pros

Some great people to work with. Culture is/was generally very good. Some challenging and rewarding work. Salary and Benefits were good but not outstanding, especially on the benefits side. Company had a great mission and was clear on where success was.

Cons

Company high level executives not hired well or performing well. Some Micro from execs leads to disengagement from employees. Company changed direction and leadership late in 2022 and this has had a significant impact on morale in the company.

I truly enjoy working here. Some uncertainties regarding future growth given current market conditions (but that is being felt across the tech industry broadly).
