Pros

Nice office space in SF- that's it

Cons

The middle management team is horrible. Directors see you as a numbers. I was new to the industry and I needed help the first few weeks of my onboarding and there was absolutely nobody to support me. I thought that's a norm in tech companies and you have to be on your own but now that I work at a different company is SO different.

Pros

- good base salary considering the bonusses aren't great - good benefits - majority of people are amazing to work with

Cons

- lies during interview process of how low targets are - they don't check their new managers and how they mistreat teammembers - they sell a solution to companies to tak pressure off teams but at intercom everything still has its own excel sheet and the processes are 10.000 BC in 2022 - they expect u to do a lot of admin while still selling and hitting quota in a very short amount of time.

Thanks for sharing your feedback on the experience you had in your SDR role. We've recently rolled out the guidelines that we expect each of our leaders to exhibit in their roles (called Winning Behaviours), and I'm available to talk through your feedback in more detail for areas where we can focus overall and at a departmental level as we go forward. Thanks, David
