Pros

Decent ESPP program for all employees

Cons

Little to no mobility opportunity. Attended over 10 interviews for roles within the company every time the reason was I didn’t have the relevant experience in the job.

Pros

Good people to work with , some degree of flexibility for working remotely although it’s not encouraged

Cons

No chance for career advancement , flat organization, tried to move into different area / product always received feedback not being considered because do not have the product knowledge , likes to recruit outside candidates instead of recruit internally
