Pros

Decent benefits. The company is very profitable and well diversified. New technology is ALWAYS being evaluated and there’s constant internal change - usually for the better.

Cons

Tons of process and procedure to follow for compliance purposes. Some office locations aren’t up to par with others in terms of amenities.
