Pros

Significant corporate resources with ambitious plans for growth creates a very dynamic environment.

Cons

The acquisition of Ellie Mae by Intercontinental Exchange changed everything. Corporate direction of ICE Mortgage Technology is headquartered in Atlanta now. Senior leadership is “remote” from the previously headquartered team in California. Ellie Mae leaders have, for the most part, left or retired.
