Pros

The company has been profitable and when its profitable the bonuses are good.

Cons

There is an odd policy about hiring new people. My group is at 50% but my manager is not allowed to hire new people which means tasks are not getting done and we forced to work long hours just to keep the lights on. Not every department is like this and we have complained up the food chain with no success. Another con the company culture is downright awful - there is a forced "team spirit". You can't force or order people to have team spirit. It's also a very macho/guys club culture so be ware. Vacation days were cut as well.
