      Pros

      Decent pay, good benefits, and nice offices. They have a full snack and coffee bar along with some of the most cutting edge technologies.

      Cons

      I work with idiots who think that they are incredible and impressive. They are neither. It seems like most of these people are washed up from working for trading houses or could not make it as an actual engineer.

      Pros

      The bonus plan is phenomenal and you will get a chance to work with really intelligent people. You can cancel your gym membership because the gym on site is very nice.

      Cons

      You have to be friends with upper management to be treated well. Many tasks are proprietary and you will not be able to transfer alot of knowledge to another position. The work life balance is non existent. The stress that the job brings is not worth your sanity. The office politics are beyond ridiculous. The processes are very cumbersome and systems are outdated.
