Cons

Review: After 10 years at Intercontinental Exchange, I've observed a decline in morale, innovation, and executive leadership. The introduction of C-level employees displaying misogynistic, sneaky, and narcissistic traits has jeopardized the company. Their focus on visibility and unnecessary changes puts us at risk of lawsuits due to discriminatory actions and harassment. Leadership tactics involve placing directors and managers in roles destined for failure, jeopardizing entire departments. Lack of transparency and inappropriate placement of unqualified friends may lead the company to failure.
