Pros

Good pay, high end tech stack especially with AI and other cutting edge software stack. Good for learning. Standard hikes every year if you perform.

Cons

5 days office- no WFH, with mandatory 6 hours in office.. Not good for promotions , very slow or less. High stress environment with frequently changing priorities, late evening calls with US team. Work life balance depends on the team you work.
