They don't care about employees . No clear picture. Everyone is trying to save their place . Not helpful for long-term careers

Employee health care is excellent. 401k match is better than average.

Cons

Department I'm in favours employee seniority more than anything else. Departments feel very siloed from each other without much collaboration planned with projects.
