Pros

None there are really nothing positive

Cons

This company took over our company and the lack of care for their employees is shocking. At our first meeting the HR man said directly we have 0 sympathy for those of you that are work from home. Many employees were hired remote and no where near an office, it leaves employees concerned constantly which makes a bad environment. Lack of compassion is huge. No company cell phones, no early leave days before holidays. You cant even decorate your office foe holidays (no power, tape or staples)
