      Pros

      I work in a small team with great team mates. My manager is really someone is great working with and always gives feed backs, good and bad when needed. the company expects professionality, however still, there is a nice vibe.

      Cons

      could put more resources and effort in making the employees feel contact to the company and put more emphasis on contributing to society with donation and volunteering work projects.

      Pros

      Really depends on your manager but I feel heard, challenged and valued. Benefits are pretty good. Hybrid work schedule is very fair.

      Cons

      There are definitely teams/ people who are not qualified and underperform but those who do value good work quality basically do those people’s jobs.
