Pros

Good 401k. Relaxed work environment. Good people to work with.

Cons

The company doesn't seem to care about employees. Cutting costs seems to be the number one priority. Communication is poor. After acquisition: decrease of PTOs, increase of hours without raise

Pros

Great money and bonus( after all the games are played)- decent benefits package- really important work. Nice happy hours now and then.

Cons

Long hours, high pressure, night and weekend work required and planned into project schedules months in advance. No work life balance. Myopic management who only consider how to cut costs. Much blame to go around when things go wrong.
