      Pros

      The work is very interesting and the impact of what you do can be felt across the entire industry. If you want to understand how the financial industry works, Its a great place to be. Lots of very talented engineers.

      The team was wholly distributed and communication was not easy.

      1 - Pay is average 2 - Regular eye tests 3 - Regular Massages 4 - Fairly stable 5 - Regular yearly bonuses 6 - If you were a graduate wanting to learn it would be a good place to start

      1 - Work ethos is awful 2 - Software design is dreadful 3 - You cannot work on anything unless allocated by your manager 4 - Any outside work relating to your project will not be considered otherwise 5 - Fixing or Re factoring or cleaning up code is extremely frowned upon 6 - Paranoia of breaking something 7 - Software is very very old design decisions 8 - Nothing to learn to further your careerer, work wise 9 - Teams and people don't work together 10 - No training for financial lingo 11 - People very anti social and too much management
