- Stable and successful company. - Attractive compensation package. - Great people. - Smart executives.

Cons

- An employee cannot grow unless he becomes a manager. - The company is growing by buying other companies instead of recruiting new employees. That means - no career growth. - Outdated release management methods using crappy tools developed in house instead of industry tools. CI/CD ? Not in ICE. - No innovation. Instead of innovating from within, the company is looking for buying it outside. - The company's DNA is of a slow dinosaur. Very slow with adopting new technologies.
