      Pros

      It's a fun, family atmosphere. Everyone works hard, but also likes to relax and unwind with each other.

      Cons

      Can be stressful during busy times. But, teamwork is abundant.

      Pros

      I've worked at Interface for 7+ years. I've worked at 2 other major firms in the past and Interface has been the best fit. The office location and social environment are great. There is a good variety of projects: both small/ quick and bigger/ higher profile. The default design approach generally tends toward progressive and energy efficiency. The IT group in our office is the best I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      The workload can get fairly stressful. I'm typically assigned to multiple projects and sometimes deadlines for projects start to stack up.

      Pros

      The company and leadership are dedicated to the staff and their professional development. There are many opportunities to learn new skills, work on multiple types of projects and become a well rounded engineer.

      Cons

      The pace of work can feel overwhelming at times, but this is true for most similar companies.
