Pros

Interface is a large company with smaller offices scattered all over the world. This means the experience and standards are deep and well established while there are still new and exciting developments happening all the time! The company does a great job at hiring teams that work well together as well as individuals that are a great fit to the company. Training was very organized and comprehensive and education continues beyond the initial training period.

Cons

As with many firms in the A/E/C industry, it can be male dominated at times
