      Pros

      Interface has a great culture that fosters growth and employee recognition, management is transparent, great people, and a fun work environment with beer and kombucha on tap. The flexible work schedule (remote, half-day Fridays) is an added bonus.

      Cons

      Not all employees get company laptops.

      Worth the move to Interface

      Pros

      The environment around the office feels very open and inviting. There have been very few people I wouldn't feel comfortable going to a question with. Management understands that life happens and can be flexible as long as you talk with them about the situation. Great amount of engineering and revit resources and a lot of experience within the office. With the amount of people who have been here 10+ years it shows that there is a lot of abilities to advance your career, however I have been here less than 1 year so it is only an observation. Great office location in downtown Portland. Great support staff within the office.

      Cons

      Interface does a 401(k) profit sharing at the end of the year instead of matching for each paycheck. I prefer the matching for each paycheck into the 401(k) because I know how much I will be getting for retirement. I don't know how much the 401(k) profit sharing will add to my 401(k) and would prefer if they guaranteed a minimum amount they contributed.

      .Incredible office view .Friendly employees .Excellent pay and benefits .Regular community outreach .Regular office events .Close to public transportation .Investment in employee education and growth .Focus on sustainability

      Cons

      .No parking .It is not uncommon to overhear people talking about how stressed they are when there is a deadline coming up .Traffic in the city can be a bit tough on the commute
