      Pros

      Everybody is very friendly and helpful, there are many sources provided for questions you may have, great environment and work-life balance, the company wants everyone to succeed and will do whatever it takes to get you there.

      Cons

      Although working from home can be nice at times, it can also be challenging due to the fact that you don't get consistent in-person interactions with coworkers if there are questions. Also, due to limited amount of coworkers the amount of work can get overwhelming, especially as deadlines approach.

      Interface Engineering, Inc. excels in maintaining and promoting a positive culture of teamwork, inclusion, ability to change processes when needed, and professional development. The Principals excellent communication is exemplified when changes are made that affect the company. Input is looked sought out and prior to roll-out, the reasons and benefits for the change are explained. The service minded client driven approach is part of the core values.

      Cons

      As with any company that continues to expand, there will be adjustments in workflow that require patience.
