      Pros

      - Good work/life balance. - Everyone is friendly. - Senior are resourceful and helpful. - Has great opportunity to grow as long as you are dedicated to your work. - Flexible schedule (start between 7-10am is fine as long as there is no meeting during that time, and as long as you do normal 8 hours of work a day). - Good Benefit
