Pros

Owners, Senior Managers, and leads all worked daily tasks same as staff. Very nice facility and has a break room stocked by the company. great product ideas and concepts. Highly intelligent staff that know their programming.

Cons

Inexperienced Management, Owners who never interact with staff when unpleasant tactics need to be taken. Allows sales to drive development timelines and miles stones often leading to half completed solutions to be delivered to clients and then having support staff clean up after.
