some people are OK to work with.

Cons

I would not recommend this place to anyone working in IT. Technology is done the old way and everything gets outsourced! It's not a healthy environment and upper management thinks treating everyone as a child is leadership. Everyone loves to throw you under the bus and not work as a team or blame a vendor. Horrible decision making, if they actually make one. There are a lot of people who have been here a LONG time... that's because they have no where else to go!

- This is a large international company that is doing well with it product sales; - The associates are generally very nice people;

Cons

- IT Management Team is influx; - IT Management Team is not very good with supporting remote team members; - System Development Life Cycle it is not generally supported by the business; - IT project management processes are weak do to "poor" adoption due company culture and inability of IT management to grow the culture;
