      I recently joined nora by Interface as a Market Segment Manager Healthcare - Industry, and couldn't be more thrilled with my decision. From day one, I've been impressed by the commitment to sustainability that permeates every aspect of the business. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment. It feels great to be part of a team that genuinely supports one another and offers a lots of training opportunities. Working with a variety of clients from the healthcare and industry environment is very exciting for me. Each account presents unique opportunities, allowing me to develop tailored strategies in which i can use my skills while learning new specifications and areas of application. My manager has been incredibly supportive and approachable. Overall, I am excited to be part of nora by Interface and look forward to contributing to the company's success while growing in my role.

      Good team to work with on the day to day. People wanting the best for the company

      Management however don't care and treat you with little respect. My manager got promoted before I left even though half the team left because of him
