Regarding your mention of potential retaliation, we want to assure you that we do not condone or support any form of retaliation against employees, as outlined in our Non-Retaliation Policy which all employees must acknowledge annually and go through required training. Our focus is on creating an environment where employees feel comfortable expressing their reasons for leaving and can transition smoothly. It does not appear we have any record of your claims, so it appears you have not reached out to your People Partner to raise any concerns of retaliation that can be looked into.
We would like to address the specific issues you mentioned about pay and benefits. All final pay is processed upon an employee's departure, and timing of payment varies depending on state requirements. Employees exited through an organizational change may also be offered severance, which is processed once an employee opts into our severance program. Not timely providing a response to the Company often delays a former employee's payment timing based on the Company's payroll schedule. To better understand and address your concerns, we encourage you to reach out to your People Partner or any members of the People Team to discuss your experiences in more detail.
