Pros

Well...there's free parking and direct deposit.

Cons

Management here needs to make rules for everyone and not just some - they will ignore infractions from those they like. Plus, as a tech company, Interface should take care of their techs; however, this is not the case. This a grueling work environment in which the technicians, that are central to the company, are treated like animals and worse. Extremely high turn over which is indicative of their hostile attitude towards their employees. Don't work here.

Pros

It's a job! and you can get insurance.

Cons

Helpdesk is very clickish and the people that have been there the longest to the least amount of work. The "Leads" are lazy and the Manager is pretty useless. Small man complex, sad really. There is plenty for work to be done, very unorganized and hurry up and get the customer off the phone. Expect high stress from this typical call center environment. You are told to put a tech on hold so you can answer another call. Also when you do something just slightly wrong or even flat out wrong, there is an email sent to like 15 different people. The culture there is terrible everyone trying to get someone else in trouble. Even high school wasn't as bad as this place.

Underpaid.

Pros

Fellow operators will have your back for the most part. Multiple breaks. Somewhat understanding upper management.

Cons

Schedule and pay. The pay is really low for the amount of stress and multi-tasking the job requires you to do. Work-life balance is almost non-existent at least in your first year until they finally give you weekends off. No schedule flexibility at all.
