      New Technology, Career Advancement Possibilities, Unique Product Offering and ability to be nimble to win the large deals. Awesome colleagues. Real sense of "Team".

      Cons

      Communication & Transparency. It is getting better, but there is room for improvement.

      Pros

      After working for Interface the last few months I am confident I made the right decision to come on board. The organization has great people and a great culture that is constantly looking for ways to improve. There are so many people I work with that have been here 10-15+ years. That says a lot.

      Cons

      Starting out the tech stack for the sales organization was lacking, but those issues have since been remedied.
