People are amazing here. A wonderful, warm culture to go along with peers who actually care about you and your work. Good medical benefits, although they’re rather pricey.

Cons

None so far, as everyone at Interfolio is amazing.

Good culture but top heavy management

Pros

Interfolio is a good place to work with a decent culture. People have fun at work and the leadership really does care about their employees, to a degree.

Cons

Interfolio changed a lot. The founders left, they were bought by a VC company, and they ended up hiring a million middle managers to manage shrinking teams. Unfortunately, the culture was somewhat gutted through that. Overall still an okay place to work but probably a better setting for those looking for a more corporate environment. If you don't like drinking, you may feel a bit out of place at company events.
