- Overall a good product - Generally hire good people

Cons

- Benefits are dissipating (before pandemic) - Stopped matching 401k, yet exec salaries untouched - Exec team taking care of only themselves - Lots of salespeople have quit or been laid off (before and during pandemic) - Despite shrinking sales team, still 5 managers to manage only a few people

Pros

Interfolio's mission to serve higher education is infectious. The people are very nice and highly intelligent. The company is very remote friendly. For those who work in DC, the office is well located and has a great feel.

Cons

The company is growing fast and with that comes normal growing pains.

People: Employees here are invested in each other. I've never worked on a team that has cared so much about the well-being and lives of their coworkers. It feels great having a tight network in the workplace. Growth Opportunities: Employee reviews are conducted twice a year, giving employees ample opportunity to take in feedback and make adjustments. Leadership: There is strong leadership throughout the company. I learned a ton from my manager as well as those in other departments.

A fast-growing company means there will be changes and interruptions to your routine.
