Pros

I'm new to Interfolio, but I wanted to comment on how great the interviewing and onboarding process has been. As a remote employee, it's important for me to feel connected and engaged with colleagues! Interfolio does an EXCELLENT job of making new employees feel a part of the team. Additionally, it's very refreshing to be a part of a growing company with products that everyone believes in - and makes a difference in the higher ed industry! Very excited for what's to come.

Pros

Managers know how to retain quality employees. Executives know how to grow a company. Departments work very well together across the organization. Pays better than most other mid-sized SaaS companies. The company knows how to have fun together.

Cons

Personnel and role changes can happen in short periods of time. Need to lean in and help the company outside of your defined role. Product/feature developments can take longer than they should.

Pros

Down to earth people, transparency, hard working staff, very knowledgeable staff, flexible schedules, open door policy, relaxed environment. Office is in a great location for after work activities and socializing.

Cons

I can honestly say I have none except wishing I lived a bit closer to the job, or had better options for parking. Commuting is the best option.
