Pros

There are a lot of opportunities to grow and learn from others at the company. Everyone is very open to providing help and feedback when requested.

Cons

As we grow, it's becoming more difficult to met everyone that joins the company. It's also a little more difficult to know who is the right set of people are to work with on a cross functional team, however there are team leads for everything, so they are the best person to go to.
