Fast-paced and positive environment where personal and department successes are celebrated by the whole company, help from any department if you ever have a question, plenty of room to grow into where/what you want to be in the company, and after hours outings almost every week.

Cons

None from my perspective currently.

Pros

Interfolio is a great company to work for! It is an established company, but with a startup feel. The leadership in the company is making great strides in the overall growth of the company and footprint in the marketplace. This has a direct impact on sales and makes my job easier. They also have great products that are well-received by our clients. Interfolio also does a great job of taking care of its employees and works hard to create a "team" culture that is fun to work in.

Cons

The leadership sometimes lacks patience which can lead to changing the playbook too quickly. Regardless, it is a good time to be here!

Pros

The company sets very lofty goals for itself and it's very exciting to be a part of it. The culture is challenging (in a good way) but also very supportive. It is a very collaborative environment, and as a team, we want to achieve great things. Team members are passionate about supporting our users and higher-ed writ large.

Cons

I wouldn't call it a con, but if you're looking to do the bare minimum for a paycheck, this is not the culture for you.
