- Great work environment - coming to the office is never a drag. Centrally located and easy to get to. Once in the office, you can work at your desk, at one of the many standing work areas, on the couch, in a lounge chair, at one of the many coffee shops near by, in a private office, or huddle with your team in a conference room. You work where you work best!

Cons
- People are really busy making great stuff happen. If you're not a collaborator I would recommend looking elsewhere
- People love to get to know you as a professional and a person. Office happy hours / events happen all time and people will take a real interest to get to know you. If you don't like people, it may be difficult to adjust to such an open and friendly office culture.
