Interfolio is a fast-paced environment committed to higher education. Pros include: --super talented staff --great culture --executives provide excellent coaching/growth paths --clients are from higher ed and are smart, interesting, and keep you on your toes --a ton of growth opportunity internally --fantastic vision

Cons

I can't think of any cons. As with all high growth companies, working here requires flexibility and the ability to adjust to rapid change.

- Strong culture especially among the people below leadership - collaborative and supportive - New CEO and direction creates energy and makes the company feel like an aggressive start up - Vision/ambition include a worthy mission at its core: provide Higher Ed the tools to (re-)shape itself to better address its challenges while also advancing the careers of scholars

Cons

- The aggressive goals of the company result in seemingly irrational pressures at times (the life of an ambitious start up!)

Fast-paced and positive environment where personal and department successes are celebrated by the whole company, help from any department if you ever have a question, plenty of room to grow into where/what you want to be in the company, and after hours outings almost every week.

Cons
