Pros

The team is lead by a group of people who are exceptionally passionate about the higher-ed market and the critical role education plays in the US and around the world. Our team is also investing time, money, and talent to build one of the best places to work in the DC metro area.

Cons

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about the company, team, or culture, we're one of the good ones.

Pros

Career Development: I started out in an entry level job doing pretty basic work. However, the management team here has done an incredible job staying involved in my career development and guiding me along the path I've chosen. They've also provided me with every opportunity to advance within the company, and it has benefitted me greatly both in salary and in personal growth. Culture: Interfolio's executive management has made some mistakes in the past with hiring and those mistakes did impact the culture of the company negatively. However, the growth the company has experienced in the past 3 years has been incredibly positive, both in personnel and product. Interfolio is a place where I'm excited to come to work. The office atmosphere is casual yet focused. Coworkers are friendly and engaging and inspire you to work hard and enjoy it at the same time. Direction: Interfolio is a company that knows where it's going. President of Product Development and former CEO Steve Goldenberg, along with CEO Andrew Rosen, have cemented a nuanced and well defined vision for the immediate and distant future of Interfolio; and, they're ready to manage institutional growth as it comes. As a long time employee, I have absolutely no qualms about putting my faith in their vision and their skills as executive leaders.
