Pros

I love working for Interfolio. At all levels of the company, everyone is committed to providing an exceptional product and top-notch customer service. The company goes out of the way to acknowledge employee contributions and create a positive work culture. There is tremendous opportunity to advance, especially for those starting in Customer Service positions. The leadership team provides transparency through weekly all-company stand-ups and internal newsletters.

Cons

Interfolio at present is lean in staffing, so departures or extended absences can be tough.

Pros

Many of the positives for working here come from being remote. The work life balance and flexibility is something I'd have a very hard time giving up. But that's not to say the office culture isn't fantastic as well. Interfolio tries to get all the remote workers to the office location every few months to see each other and discuss plans for future work. Everyone here is bright, helpful and fun to be around even outside the office. This is the most fun I've had with coworkers while getting high-quality work done. With any job there are frustrating days but the employees here all have an "all hands on deck" mindset that's really helpful in a pinch. As a small company thats growing, its very easy to have your voice heard and people are open to change. We're always improving on our workflow.

Cons

I can't say there are any real cons. It's still work and has its bad days but there is nothing from the work/life balance, culture or management that has made me want to leave Interfolio.
