Pros

An exciting time to be here as Interfolio grows and scales up in the space. Well communicated interview process Great communication from SLT Large family feel Expect to work hard, but the work is fun! Remote/WFH is part of the culture.

Cons

If you're looking to be a small fish in a big pond, this is not for you. The overall benefits package is decent given the size of the company, few areas could use some tweaking

Pros

Down to earth people, transparency, hard working staff, very knowledgeable staff, flexible schedules, open door policy, relaxed environment. Office is in a great location for after work activities and socializing.

Cons

I can honestly say I have none except wishing I lived a bit closer to the job, or had better options for parking. Commuting is the best option.
