Interfolio is a good place to work with a decent culture. People have fun at work and the leadership really does care about their employees, to a degree.

Cons

Interfolio changed a lot. The founders left, they were bought by a VC company, and they ended up hiring a million middle managers to manage shrinking teams. Unfortunately, the culture was somewhat gutted through that. Overall still an okay place to work but probably a better setting for those looking for a more corporate environment. If you don't like drinking, you may feel a bit out of place at company events.

Pros

Superb leadership, great company culture, productive work environment using modern tools and processes, remote-friendly, mature company but still has the energy of a startup, continually seeking to improve, great benefits, limited travel.

Cons

Some of the legacy code is pretty bad, but it's a known issue and steps are being taken to gradually clean things up.
