      Pros

      Some of the most incredible people I have EVER worked with in my life. Every employee there had integrity and were team-players, professional, motivated, hard-working, intelligent and fun.

      Cons

      They shut down, unfortunately there wasn't enough time given to see if/how the mill could, fiscally, move forward in a positive direction.

      company preached safety, practiced what they preach had a great crew to work with. some of the best Ive seen in my career

      some company policies make the job more difficult and do not and to the safety of the workers also they shut down operation, so yeah, there's that
